Positive new rural land use initiative arises out of national conference
Conflict in Paradise: the Transformation of Rural New Zealand was held in Auckland on 11-12 June. 3rd edition of RMA Guide now available
The best-selling guide to the Resource Management Act has just been reprinted for the 3rd time. It has a new look, a new publisher - Craig Potton Publishing - and a new title: The New Zealanders' Guide to the Resource Management Act 1991. New Zealand Coastal Trust
A new Trust has been established to facilitate the conservation of coastal land. The New Zealand Coastal Trust will receive gifts and bequests of coastal land for protection and public enjoyment in perpetuity. It will also enter into covenants to protect coastal land from future subdivision. The inaugural trustees are currently recruiting prominent New Zealanders to become trustees.
